I loved the unique decor with musical instruments throughout the hotel. the location was great!). the front desk service was excellent, and the rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay.

i found the bedding was too soft, and i left with backaches.

I found the staff kind and helpful. They assisted me with directions and recommendations for local attractions. the rooftop pool was a true oasis after a day of exploring, offering fine views. breakfast was a lovely affair with a wide assortment of pastries and fresh fruit. the classical music theme throughout the space created a serene atmosphere.

i noticed the soundproofing between the rooms could be improved slightly, as i occasionally heard muffled sounds from neighboring guests. it wasn't a major issue, but it's something to be mindful of if you are particularly sensitive to noise.

the room was a decent size. the staff was cute upon arrival. the decor throughout the hotel was beautiful (i especially liked the classical music theme).

the sun shades next to the pool were broken, inconvenient. the breakfast had a limited three-day cycle with pre-cooked ingredients. the towels were threadbare and needed replacing (this was a minor annoyance).
